She has played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless, a role she has played from 2011 to 2021, and Harris Conner-Healy, in the tenth season of the sitcom for families Roseanne along with its spin-off, The Conners. Kenney is an New York City resident born in 1999. She has parents Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense attorney, as well as Kevin Kenney, a sports writer who formerly wrote for The New York Post and now has a job at Fox Sports.
