Summer Glau

 Glau's first TV credit was in a guest spot as ballerina in a 2002 episode of the TV series Angel. She was noticed by director JossWhedon, who ultimately picked her to play River Tam in the critically-acclaimed TV series Firefly. The role she also reprised for Serenity's feature film sequel. Glau previously auditioned for the role of the role of a Power Ranger (White Wild Force Ranger Alyssaenrile) in Power Rangers Wild Force but was defeated by the actress Jessica Rey before meeting Whedon.Glau appeared on the episode "Love Conquer Al" of the TV series Cold Case. She was the role of Shelly, the high school senior in Sleepover. She also appeared in the "What's Gilbert Grissom Eating?" episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. ", and season two of The Unit as Crystal Burns (the girlfriend of Jeremy Erhart). In 2006, Glau played Tess Doerner who was a paranoid schizophrenic returning character in season two's premiere of The 4400, and became an ongoing character in season three and beyond. She also played a role in the horror comedy film Mammoth. Glau played the role of The Initiation of Sarah, an ABC Family TV movie. Glau played Cameron Phillips as a Terminator-infiltration team that was sent back to Skynet to protect John Connor (and Sarah Connor). The series' seventh episode, "The Demon Hand" included scenes in which Glau (as Cameron) dances ballet. Glau also played Allison Young (Cameron’s human doppelganger ) during the second season's episodes, "Allison of Palmdale" and"Born to Run". Glau was also featured as herself on a CBS episode of the Big Bang Theory's situation comedy.
